The principal of Govt. Homoeopathic medical college is the controlling officer and his office is the controlling office of Homoeopathic medical education in Kerala. Two Govt. colleges and three aided colleges coming under this office. Dr. T K Vijayan is the current Principal and Controlling Officer.
